Hi Catalina!love your site and your no bullshit just do what you love attitude. I'd love to get your two cents on fitness/diets for pear shaped ladies. I've mainly stuck to a combo of cardio (running/elliptical on an interval) and weights and have seen no difference in my lower half. I also don't do well with carbs so mainly stick to a paleo like diet with an emphasis on more veggies and not quite as much fat. any suggestions would be much appreciated!
